Explore how companies can implement AI in ways that are not only effective but also fair and trusted Drawing on insights from cognitive science and organizational behavior, I’m particularly interested in what enables or hinders employee buy-in during tech-driven transformations, and how leaders can manage expectations, build legitimacy, and navigate resistance.
AI governance—who controls these systems, how they are trained, and what structures are in place to ensure transparency, accountability, and equitable outcomes.
